Welcome to The Psychologists Protection Society

The Psychologists Protection Society is here to protect practicing professionals and trainees in the talking and listening therapies.  Although originally limited to members from the field of psychology, members now include counsellors, psychotherapists, play therapists, art therapists, music therapists, drama therapists and similar related groups.  We’re a not for profit membership organisation, providing tailored specialist products, support and services to members resident in the UK and The Republic of Ireland.

Tailored Products

With three different levels of PPS membership available, choose the level of Members Professional Protection cover you need – Standard Bronze, Top Up Silver or Top Up Gold.  Members Professional Protection provides protection against claims for damages arising out of a members professional activities. Membership also includes Public Liability Insurance, which protects members against claims from third parties for damage to property or personal injury. PPS Members can also access a legal helpline to get quick, friendly, pragmatic advice from fully qualified, experienced lawyers.  Click here to join us.
