Sandy Murray Award Winner Announced
The Sandy Murray Memorial Award was launched in January 2016 to honour the life work and dedication to the Society by founder Sandy Murray. The purpose of this Sandy Murray Memorial Award is to encourage the best talents and personal qualities of new entrants to the talking and listening therapy professions.

PPS Trustee Katrina Millhagen was very pleased to introduce the winner; Miss Laura McGuinness at the PPST AGM in Edinburgh on the 23rd September 2016. Laura, who was invited to attend the event, was presented with her Award – a Glass Engraved Trophy and a cheque for £500 by Matthew Murray, Sandy Murray’s 11 year old Grandson.
