Send a Postal Application – United Kingdom Residents
We’re so glad you have decided to join us and benefit from being a member of the only defence organisation for therapists, run by therapists! You have the option to download and print our latest membership application form, complete it and return it to us by post. You can also make a request to have an application form and information leaflet posted to you.
1. Complete the application form fully, ensuring that you complete all sections accurately – this will prevent any delays in processing your application for membership.
2. You will notice that you have the option to pay by cheque, postal order or bank draft. This must be enclosed with your form when you post it to us. You can also tick the box to indicate that you wish a PPS staff member to call you to take payment by debit or credit card over the telephone once your application is accepted.
